Since 2007, Tantaline® treatment has been commercially used as a method to achieve cost-effective corrosion resistance by leading companies such as yours. The ability to deliver high quality parts and efficient service has now been greatly enhanced by a recent business development.  The same Tantaline® treatment that you have used in the past is now exclusively available through our subsidiaries in Denmark and the US.

On December 19^th, 2016, CVD Equipment Corporation (CVD), (NASDAQ: CVV) announced that it had purchased certain assets (including all of the IP) formerly owned by Tantaline A/S of Nordborg, Denmark through our wholly owned subsidiary, CVD Materials Corporation.  CVD is now operating in Nordborg a wholly owned subsidiary named Tantaline CVD ApS ("Tantaline®").  Sales operations in the Americas will be supported by CVD's Tantaline® group in the US.  Plans are under consideration for additional manufacturing facilities in the US and elsewhere.

Service and support for customers will be enhanced by leveraging CVD's 35 years of equipment know-how and proven ability to scale up deposition processes for high value added materials, products, and services.
