We are pleased to announce that effective May 26th 2023, 100% ownership of Tantaline CVD ApS is transferred from CVD Materials Corporation, New York, to a dedicated group of investors from Denmark.

Our new investors are ambitious about the future of Tantaline CVD and the unique technology and services provided by Tantaline. The new owners bring with them a wealth of business and technology experience to the table.

Tantaline CVD ApS is now an independent company, 100% owned by Danish investors.
